這個週末假日全因著強颱 ~ 柯羅莎 襲台,而將原本要到拉拉山一遊的計畫完全打亂了!                                                                                                                                                                              由於外面的風雨真的很大,只好任由強風狂雨  將我們一家人困在家中,哪也不能去。                                                                                                                                                                               我那 居家型 的好老公突然一時興起,想起了家中還有剩餘的一些中、高筋麵粉,於是決定親自下廚做蔥油餅。                                                                                                                                                                             唉 ~ 其實那些麵粉躺在廚房的架子上已有 N 年之久了,一直“ 忘了 ”丟了它們,就知道會有這麼一天。                                                                                                                                                                              沒想到老公居然言之鑿鑿說麵粉哪有什麼保存期限啊!都是那些商人想多賺點錢。(ㄏㄡ ~ 真是敗給他)                                                                                                                                                                             最後還是一意孤行自顧自的大顯身手  去了。                                                                                                                                                                             可想而知颱風天家裡冰箱中物資有限,要蔥沒蔥、要奶油沒奶油、要蛋沒蛋的(可不准老公動我蛋的主意),                                                                                                                                                                              沒想到還是不能促使他打消念頭、打退堂鼓,是因風雨中更加添他的信心嗎?                                                                                                                                                                             只見他一人奮力的和著麵粉、揉著麵團、桿著餅皮的,還真是被他搞成功  了。                                                                                                                                                                              雖然這是完全沒有任何餡料的餅皮,但可是添加著滿滿老公、爸爸的愛心  喔!                                                                                                                                                                              最後當然也是老公獨自的將餅皮煎好、上桌。孩子們就將它們取名為 → “ 柯羅莎 ”餅皮。                                                                                                                                                                            吃起來口感還蠻紮實的、香香的。我想如果是在戰亂時期可真是最佳的 裹 腹 糧 食  喔!                                                                                                                                                                            至於好不好吃?我想兩個孩子早已被調教的很識相了。那當然是 ~ 好 吃 得 不 得 了 了    ~ 用力和麵團。 ~ 好Q的麵團喔。 ~改良前的餅皮。
